●Participation Requirements
Participant Numbers and Age Restrictions
・Minimum 1 person, Maximum 6 people (Elementary school age and above)
*Even first-time SUP users or those not good at swimming can participate.
*For children below elementary school age, as SUP boards have a loadable weight limit of about 100kg, children can ride together with adults on one SUP board. In this case, accompanying children are free.

●Meeting Place
Kushiro Tourism and International Exchange Center 1F (Kushiro Tourism Concierge).
≫After meeting and changing, we will guide you to the SUP boarding venue.

●Insurance
We have liability insurance for accidents and injury insurance for participants.
For damages or injuries exceeding this insurance coverage, we cannot be held responsible. For injury insurance, we recommend purchasing optional "domestic travel insurance" or "inbound travel insurance" for foreign travelers.

●Clothing & Items
Drysuits, marine boots, and life jackets are provided at the venue (included in the experience fee)

〈About Drysuit Inner Clothing〉
Choose from your regular clothes for inner wear! Quick-drying materials are recommended. Long-sleeved shirts with jerseys or pants, and socks. Polyester material shirts are best! Hiking inner wear and ski undershirts are also suitable.
*While wearing drysuits, you may get wet depending on conditions.

〈About Footwear〉
Avoid high heels or sandals; please participate in comfortable athletic shoes.
In cold weather, wet skin exposed to wind can lower body temperature. Tight-fitting athletic shoes help avoid such wind exposure.

〈Glasses/Sunglasses Band〉
When falling into water, glasses or sunglasses may come off and sink. Those wearing glasses or sunglasses must prepare a band.

〈Meals, Drinks & Sunscreen〉
As you sweat and receive sunlight, you may become dehydrated without noticing.
Please prepare hydration and sunscreen. Meals are not included, so please prepare or eat beforehand.

●Important Notices
*As this is an experience or tour in nature, content may be changed, cancelled, or meeting/ending times may be adjusted depending on weather, water levels, or other conditions. Please understand in advance.
*Except for severe snowstorms or strong winds, tours will proceed in snow or rain.
*Pregnant women, those who have consumed significant amounts of alcohol affecting program participation, or those with medical conditions cannot participate.

●Cancellation Fees
For cancellations due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees apply:
3 days before: Free, 2 days before: 30% of total, Day before: 50% of total, Same day: 100% of total, After implementation (no-show): 100% of total
